It's very easy to spot sealers with a bit of practice and besides that players spam voice and text chat if someone stole their rocket.

It isn't always easy, hard if they're all hurdeled together as you can't tell who's rocket it was.
People don't often say it in chat either and they can't always be trustworthy.

Considering ~10 people or less in the server, yes. But lets say the server is full and you're at the opposite side of the map where someone stole and nobody said anything and he kept doing it from "behind the scenes" then GL spotting. Again am not saying it's impossible to spot etc.. but am trying suggest something that will make the job easier and more efficient.

Ussles, you can just look at someone, the nickname will be shown in a few secounds or instantly, btw admin can easily go to the spec and spot all stealers.

How about you skip these few seconds and have it shown instantly. I sometimes have issues with it not showing at all or the target is constantly moving. Yes, going to spec mode will fix it but having it available while you play is much better don't you think so?

I find that disturbing to me and to the other players. I suggest you read the earlier comments for the point behind the suggestion.
