So I've been experiencing this thing on all panda servers I connected to so far, and I'd like to ask what could be the reasons.
I live in Hungary (Central-Europe), and since the latency is really low I can be pretty sure your servers are located somewhere in Europe too. So I play on other community servers with an acceptably low latency and I have a healthy ping (~20-40), the panda servers on my server list say they have even lower latency, yet when I join, all I can see is players teleporting everywhere, the chat and the killfeed go quiet for like 10 seconds and then IFHJRIOHIOVJVGCBGSDCIOMJ. And I even get huge FPS lagspikes sometime. I press tab just to see I have 200-300 ping that doesnt want to go any lower. I spawn, but can't move at all.

Again, this happened on all panda servers I connected to so far, not only on 1 server. Here's the evidence that it's not my connection. And firewall is off.

So I just wanna ask what could be the reasons of this happening? Uh, Why is this happening? You get it.

it is, only cause someone has 100mbit download doesnt mean the ISP routes are the best

Eyup. Just what I needed. A stable 30-50, which sometimes jumps up for a sec, but waaay better than it was before.

Play with net_graph 4 for a bit, grab us done screenshots of fine play, and problematic play and I'll check figures. I had this problem, dodgeball was totally unplayable, because it was so laggy, though my ping was fine, only on panda.

Fixed it by doing some stuff in my autoexec and some new net settings. For unexplicable reasons my choke was 20-50 and idk what else was causing it, but it was strange.

just for the lulz, you can modify the routes you get from your provider without contacting him and telling him the issue
